Caribbean Sea
Sun sparkling on the sea
as waves embrace the shore
crashing gently then loudly
making the only sounds.
Between these sounds
the deep sound of silence
with shimmering blue waters
stretching out to the horizon.
Shaded from the sun
we take time to contemplate
the moving grandeur of
the sparkling waters.
